Overview
VistaFlow is a property-management platform designed for independent landlords and small property-management companies. The platform centralizes property information, tenants, rent records, maintenance requests, documents, and communication. Before VistaFlow, the client managed properties using spreadsheets, email folders, messaging apps, and separate payment tools.
The challenge
The property-management company managed several residential buildings but did not have one central system, so information drifted out of sync across tools and staff.
