Selected work

Case studies, coming as projects ship.

We're adding detailed write-ups — scope, approach, outcomes — as current client projects launch. Below is the shape of what will land here, by discipline: what each engagement actually involved, the decisions behind it, and what shipped.

Websites

Brand site & landing system

A marketing site rebuild with a componentized landing-page system for fast campaign launches. The brief: replace a legacy page-builder site that took a developer to update, with a componentized system the marketing team could extend on their own — new landing pages assembled from a shared library of sections rather than one-off custom builds each time.

Scope includes a full visual redesign, a component library covering hero, pricing, testimonial and FAQ patterns, and a performance pass aimed squarely at Core Web Vitals — the previous site was failing LCP badly on mobile.

Web Apps

Internal operations dashboard

A role-based dashboard replacing a spreadsheet workflow for a growing operations team. The team was coordinating scheduling, inventory and status updates across several shared spreadsheets that were increasingly colliding — two people editing the same sheet, no audit trail, no real access control.

The build centers on a permissions model (admin, scheduler, read-only viewer), a real-time status view replacing the manual spreadsheet refresh cycle, and an audit log so changes are traceable instead of silently overwritten.

SaaS Products

MVP to first paying customers

Product strategy, auth and billing, and onboarding UX for a subscription tool built from scratch. The founder came in with a validated problem and a rough wireframe; the work covered turning that into a scoped MVP — deciding what shipped in v1 versus what could wait, then building the actual product around that scope.

Covers Stripe billing integration, an onboarding flow designed to get a new signup to their first useful action fast, and the core product loop the business model depends on.
