Overview
ParcelPilot is a logistics management platform designed for regional courier companies, last-mile delivery businesses, and third-party logistics providers. The platform helps dispatch teams manage deliveries, assign drivers, monitor routes, communicate with customers, and review operational performance from one central dashboard. Before ParcelPilot, the company relied on spreadsheets, phone calls, messaging groups, and several disconnected tools. This made it difficult to maintain accurate shipment information and respond quickly when deliveries were delayed.
The challenge
The logistics company was processing hundreds of deliveries each day, but its internal workflow was highly manual. Dispatchers received delivery information through email and spreadsheets. Driver assignments were communicated through messaging apps, and customers had no reliable way to check the progress of their shipments.
